Looking for a specific designer luminaire and can’t find it? I specialize in European vintage lighting from the 1920s to the 1970s and bring over 30 years of experience in art and design. Tell me the manufacturer, the model, or simply what you have in mind, and I will take care of the search for you.
How it works
Tell me which luminaire you are looking for. Photos, catalogue illustrations or sketches are very helpful. Together we decide whether you set a fixed budget or the search is carried out on a commission basis. I search, check condition and authenticity, and get back to you as soon as I have found a suitable piece. Two models to choose from
Search within a budget
You tell me your budget, and I search within that range. As soon as I have a suitable piece available, I will present it to you with photos and a condition report. Once you accept, a deposit of 50% of the purchase price is due, with which I secure the piece for you. The remaining balance is payable before shipping or upon collection.
Search on a commission basis
I source the luminaire at market price and charge a commission of 20% of the purchase price. The commission is only due if the search is successful and you purchase the piece.
The search request itself is non-binding. Only when I present you with a specific piece do you decide whether to purchase it.
